Tracy Goad is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in payroll administration, human resources, and organizational management. Currently serving as a Senior Associate on the People Team at Arabella Advisors since May 2023, Tracy previously worked at Redstone Strategy Group as a Payroll & Accounting Administrator, where responsibilities included implementing payroll systems, processing payroll for multiple states, and managing employee records. Prior roles include serving as an Executive Assistant to the CEO at Ion Engineering, where Tracy handled payroll and HR compliance, as well as managing chapter and member services at Engineers Without Borders-USA. Tracy's career also includes significant experience in international sales as the International Sales Manager at Case Logic, with a focus on building relationships across Europe, Asia, and South America. Tracy's educational background includes studies at Front Range Community College.
