Hatim Alzahrany, CFM®, FMP®PMP®, RMP®, PBA®, SP®, ACP®, has a diverse work experience in project management and facility management. Hatim started their career in 2008 as a Project Engineer at Dallah Trans Arabia, where they were responsible for ensuring project success and adherence to safety standards. In 2011, they joined Zahran Operation & Maintenance as the Manager of the HVAC Department, managing a staff of 120 employees and overseeing scheduling and maintenance activities.
In 2012, Hatim worked at King Abdulaziz Naval Base as a Mechanical Engineer and Assistant Director of the Engineering Division. Their responsibilities included reviewing designs, coordinating with other workers, recommending modifications, and providing technical information.
In 2017, they joined Rezayat Group as a Project Manager for SABIC Housing Maintenance in the Facilities Maintenance Department. Here, they directed and coordinated crucial core services such as maintenance and operations, leading a team of over 200 people and ensuring the completion of daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance activities for over 4000 houses.
In 2018, they worked at Alghanim International General Trading & Contracting Co. WLL as an MEP Manager. In this role, they evaluated project progress, chased subcontractors to meet targets, ensured safe delivery of MEP activities, and implemented quality control plans.
Currently, Hatim is working at Arabian Castles for General Contracting (ACGC) as a Site Facilities Manager, where they oversee project management and facility management activities.
Hatim Alzahrany completed their education at King Saud University from 2003 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
In terms of additional certifications, Hatim Alzahrany has obtained several credentials. Hatim received the Certified Facility Manager (CFM) certification from IFMA in December 2022 and the Facility Management Professional (FMP) certification, also from IFMA, in August 2022. Additionally, they hold the PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP®) certification from the Project Management Institute, obtained in March 2019. Moreover, Hatim Alzahrany earned the PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA®) certification in June 2018 and the Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP®) certification in March 2018, both from the Project Management Institute. Hatim also attained the Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP®) certification in May 2017 and the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification in January 2020, both from the Project Management Institute.
