Martin Kiely

Martin Kiely has a strong background in contract administration and quantity surveying. Martin is currently working as a Contract Administrator at Arabian Castles for General Contracting (ACGC) since March 2020. Prior to this, they were a Commercial Manager at Sepam from August 2017 to October 2019 and from January 2016 to August 2017. Martin also held the position of Quantity Surveyor at Sepam from October 2012 to March 2014 and from January 2012 to October 2012. Martin'swork as a Quantity Surveyor involved projects such as the Plateau Maintenance Project in Ras Laffan Industrial City and the New Doha International Airport in Qatar. Martin Kiely played an important role in project administration, subcontract management, quantity surveying functions, and project controls procedures.

Martin Kiely has a postgraduate diploma in Construction Law & Arbitration from Robert Gordon University, which they obtained from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned a BSc Hons in Quantity Surveying from Munster Technological University, studying from 2009 to 2011. Martin also holds a Higher Certificate in Construction from the same university, which they completed from 2006 to 2009. Martin has additional certifications including the APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ) from the Association for Project Management, which they obtained in December 2019. Martin also completed the "Tafawoq - Essentials of Project Management" program from Shell in December 2019 and the "Improving Project Performance" Executive Programme from Cranfield School of Management in September 2018.
