Contract Administrator at Arabian Castles for General Contracting

Thomas Weston has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Thomas started their career as a Junior Quantity Surveyor at Metals Services for Trading & Contracting Co. in December 2011 and held this position until December 2012. Thomas then took on the role of Quantity Surveyor at the same company from December 2012 to August 2014. After that, they joined ABV Rock Group as a Contract Administrator in September 2014 and worked in this role until August 2019. Most recently, Thomas has been employed as a Contract Administrator at Arabian Castles for General Contracting (ACGC) since August 2019.

Thomas Weston has obtained various degrees and certifications throughout their education history. Thomas holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution from Leeds Beckett University. Additionally, they have a Master's degree in Quantity Surveying from the University College of Estate Management.

In terms of dispute resolution, Thomas has completed courses in Introduction to Mediation from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and Construction Adjudication: Law, Practice, and Procedure from the same institute. Thomas has also obtained a Foundation Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution and Conflict Avoidance from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Thomas Weston's education history also includes a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) degree in Computer Science from Glyndwr University. Thomas has further enhanced their project management skills by completing a course in Project Management in Primavera P6 from the Al-Jeht Training Institute.

Thomas has obtained several certifications, including MCIOB (The Chartered Institute of Building) in November 2021 and MCIArb (Chartered Institute of Arbitrators) in October 2021. Thomas has also received MQSi certification from The QSi in February 2021.
