Lora Blankenship Holman serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources at the Arabian Horse Association since May 2012, overseeing all HR functions, including employment, labor relations, training, and benefits, while ensuring compliance with regulations. Lora engages with various business units to align HR strategies with organizational goals across disciplines such as Marketing, Accounting, and Event Planning. Previously, Lora held the position of Senior Leader / Regional HR at Sam's Club from February 1992 to May 2012, where responsibilities included designing training modules, advising managers on policy matters, and implementing organizational changes. Lora earned a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Colorado State University between 2010 and 2012.
