Rishil M has over a decade of experience in IT support and system administration, currently serving as a Senior System Administrator at Arabian Shield Cooperative Insurance Company since March 2020. Prior to this role, Rishil held various positions within the same company from February 2011 to December 2019, including Service Desk Analyst, End User Support Specialist, and Desktop Support Administrator.
