Shane Ahern

Shane Ahern has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Shane is currently the Head of Client Implementation at Arachas Corporate Brokers Ltd since April 2021. Prior to this, they held the same position at Orange Bear Consulting, LLC from June 2020. Shane worked as a Project Manager at permanent tsb from June 2019 to June 2020. From September 2015 to June 2019, they were a Business Change Project Manager at Zurich Insurance plc. In 2014, they worked as a Business Intelligence Team Lead (contract) at FBD Insurance, where they were responsible for leading the production and delivery of management information reports. Before that, they served as a Community Operations Team Lead at Facebook from June 2013 to March 2014, where they led various market projects and provided mentorship to team members. Shane started their career at Accenture as a Technology Consultant from August 2007 to June 2013. Shane Ahern also worked at AIB as a Business Analyst and Trainer from November 2011 to May 2013, and at Kerry Group as an SAP Test Lead from June 2011 to October 2011. Shane began their professional journey as a Business Analyst at VHI from January 2011 to May 2011, where they led a team and integrated the VHI travel insurance system into the core healthcare insurance system.

Shane Ahern graduated from University College Cork in 2007 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Systems. In 2012, they completed Project Management Professional Training at PMP Training. Shane also obtained the PRINCE2® Certification from APMG International in July 2017.
