Trish Callanan

Trish Callanan has a diverse work experience in various roles, primarily in the human resources field. Trish started their career as a Senior Cabin Crew Member at Aer Lingus, where they were responsible for delivering high onboard service standards. Trish then moved into a role as a Cabin Operations and Onboard Product Supervisor, where they played a key role in re-engineering the galley fit and developing standard operating procedures. Trish later joined Aer Lingus as an Employee Engagement and Relations Officer, where they successfully reduced the workforce and introduced revenue streams. Trish then worked at the Irish Blood Transfusion Service as a Human Resources Executive and Organizational Development Specialist, supporting employee and industrial relations. Trish then joined Bank of Ireland as the Head of HR for Retail Ireland, where they provided guidance in areas such as change management, workforce planning, and talent acquisition. Currently, Trish is working as a Human Resources Director at Arachas Corporate Brokers Ltd, Ireland's largest nationwide insurance broker. Throughout their career, Trish has shown a strong focus on coaching, high-performance, and achieving strategic business objectives.

From 2003 to 2007, they attended National College of Ireland and earned a BA Honours in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management with a concentration in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management.

In 2010, they enrolled at University College Cork and completed a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Strategy, specializing in Human Resource.

During the same period of 2010 to 2013, they pursued a Master of Business degree from University College Cork, focusing on HR Strategy, Executive Coaching, and CSF for Change Management in a multidisciplinary environment.

In 2011, they also obtained a Diploma in Executive Coaching from University College Cork, specializing in Coaching.
