Mahmood Alwan

Mahmood Alwan is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in architecture and project management. Currently serving as Associate Design Director at Arada since October 2021, Mahmood oversees the Masaar project, ensuring design coordination and compliance with Arada standards. Previously, at Engineering Consortium Consulting Engineers from July 2007 to October 2021, Mahmood held various leadership roles, including Head of Architecture, where responsibilities included managing design projects and client satisfaction. Earlier experience includes positions at Engineering Consultants Group S.A. and Balad AL-Nahrien General Contracting, focusing on architectural design, construction documentation, and site supervision. Mahmood holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Technology in Iraq, earned from 2000 to 2004.
