Sumesh Sudhakaran

Sumesh Sudhakaran is an experienced professional in the field of quantity surveying and commercial management, currently serving as Senior Commercial Manager at Arada since March 2018. Previous positions at Arada include Commercial Manager, Assistant Commercial Manager, and Senior Quantity Surveyor. Prior to Arada, Sumesh held the role of Quantity Surveyor at Meydan Sobha LLC, Arabtec Construction LLC, Bhatia General Contracting Co LLC, Gulf Contractors Co LLC, and Al Futtaim Carillion LLC, accumulating extensive experience in various aspects of quantity surveying and estimation. Sumesh holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Civil Engineering from TKM College of Engineering, University of Kerala, earned between 2002 and 2006.
