Steph Carter

Steph Carter is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Since January 2025, Steph has served as a Human Resources Business Partner at ARAG Legal Services UK, following the acquisition of DAS UK. Prior to this, from June 2018 to January 2025, Steph held the same title at DAS UK Group, where responsibilities included managing redundancy programs, employee relations, and performance management processes. Earlier roles include HR Business Partner at Sanlam UK and Imperial Brands PLC, as well as positions at Unite Students, Canada Life, Friends Life, AXA, Hilton, and Menzies Hotels. Throughout these roles, Steph has developed expertise in employee relations, restructuring, TUPE transfers, and line management support.
