Ilaria Bonicelli

Ilaria Bonicelli has extensive experience in governance, risk management, and audit functions within notable organizations. Currently serving on the Executive Committee of ARAG Italy since August 2010, Ilaria holds multiple roles including Director Governance Finance & Administration, Risk Manager, and Chief Governance Risk & Compliance Officer. Prior to ARAG, Ilaria worked at RSA from September 2007 to August 2010 as an International Audit Manager and Senior Auditor. Ilaria's career began at Deloitte (2003-2007) as a Supervisor and at Arthur Andersen & Co. (2001-2003) as an Auditor. Ilaria obtained a degree in Economy from Università degli Studi di Genova, and has furthered professional education at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management in June 2024.
