Garret Malone

Garret Malone has extensive experience in the aviation industry, starting in 2000 with roles in ground operations at Ryanair, Eujet, and Vueling Airlines. From 2008 to 2010, they were a Ground Operations Manager at Jetbird. In 2009, they became the General Manager at Starair (Ireland) Ltd. Garret joined VivaColombia in 2011, where they held positions as Ground Operations Manager and later as VP Operations and Maintenance until 2014. From 2015 to 2020, they served as Chief Operating Officer at SKY Airline, contributing to its transformation into a low-cost carrier. Most recently, in 2020, Garret took on the role of Director of Operations at Simple Data Corp before becoming the Chief Operating Officer at AraJet Airlines in 2022.

Garret Malone completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in European Studies/Public Affairs at the University of Limerick from 1993 to 1999. Garret furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez from 2016 to 2018.
