Juan Rodriguez

Juan Rodriguez has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Juan began their career at Cintas in 2005, where they initially served as the Office Manager, overseeing various office functions. Juan later took on the role of Service Manager, responsible for the service of the Southern California area and building customer relations.

In 2010, Juan joined Republic Services Inc as an Operations Manager, where they were responsible for the day-to-day operations of a waste hauling company. Juan focused on maintaining DOT and environmental compliance, improving productivity, and reducing costs.

Juan then moved on to Performance Food Group in 2016, where they first served as the Director of Operations and then as the Vice President of Operations. During their time at Performance Food Group, they played a crucial role in managing operations and contributing to the company's growth and success.

Currently, Juan is the Senior VP of Operations at Athens Services, a position they assumed in 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of VP Operations Support.

Throughout their career, Juan has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a focus on customer satisfaction, and a commitment to operational efficiency.
