David Chavarria, MSHRM, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner Manager at Athens Services since January 2017. David has held multiple positions within the company, including HR Business Project Manager, Human Resources Representative, Jr Human Resources Representative, Human Resources Assistant, and Human Resources Intern. Prior to this role, David interned at Innex, Inc., assisting with various HR operations, prescreening applicants, onboarding new hires, and creating training modules. David began a career in customer service as a server at Bahooka Family Restaurant from April 2011 to March 2013. Academically, David holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
