David Romney

David Romney is a co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at Aralez Bio since July 2019. Prior experience includes serving as a postdoctoral researcher at Caltech from February 2015 to May 2019, focusing on biocatalysis and enzyme engineering under the guidance of Professor Frances H. Prior to that, David completed a PhD in Chemistry at Yale University, where research concentrated on synthetic organic methodology, advised by Professor Scott J, from 2009 to 2015. During undergraduate studies at Caltech from 2005 to 2009, David engaged in research on natural product synthesis in Professor Brian M's group. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Caltech.
