Katie Greenfield

Katie Greenfield is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as VP Finance (Fractional) at Aralez Bio since November 2022 and as Interim VP Finance at Evernow since June 2022, Katie has also held the position of Financial Coach at Refactor Capital since September 2018. Additionally, Katie is an advisor for both FYTO, Inc. and Culture Biosciences, and co-founded Jefferson County Ciderworks in January 2014. With a strong background as CFO and Financial Advisor at KGN Consulting since January 2009 and previous roles including Director of Finance at Brooklyn Schoolhouse and advisor for Uniform Teeth, Katie brings a wealth of expertise in financial strategy and consulting.
