Jorge Escudero

Jorge Escudero is a professional with diverse experience in both the scientific and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as a Camarero y ayudante de cocina at Aramark España since April 2018, Jorge has also held significant roles in scientific research, including a Scientific Assistant position at the Institute of Evolutionary Biology (CSIC-Universitat Pompeu Fabra) from November 2022 to August 2025 and previously as Lab Manager in early 2020. Additional experience includes a Consultant Trainee role at Ampersand Consulting and previous positions as an Undergraduated Research Student and a data management intern in a natural cosmetics startup. Jorge holds a Master's degree in Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Industry from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and a Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biotechnology from Universitat de Barcelona.
