Marissa Delaiarro

Marissa DeLaiarro has extensive work experience in the food service industry, specifically in roles related to finance, business transformation, and operations. Marissa has worked for Aramark Refreshments since 2006, holding positions such as Regional Finance Director, Director of Business Transformation, Business Transformation Manager, Senior Unit Controller, Assistant Business Manager, and Business Development Manager. In these roles, they have been responsible for managing finances, leading transformation projects, implementing process improvements, overseeing teams, and ensuring compliance. Prior to their time at Aramark Refreshments, they worked as a Food Service Director for Aramark Workplace Hospitality from 2001 to 2006.

Marissa DeLaiarro attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Travel Administration.
