Carl Bourgon is an accomplished chef currently serving as a Chef at Aramark and a Chef Consultant since 2015. Bourgon's extensive culinary career includes roles as Executive Chef at Compass Group Bistro Évo and Chef at Coop HEC, where they worked until 2022. After starting their journey in the culinary arts at the Institut de tourisme et d'hôtellerie du Québec, Bourgon gained valuable experience as Executive Chef at Hilton Garden Inn Montréal and held the Chef de Partie position at ITHQ.
