Dan Scaricaciottoli has extensive experience in IT management and technology deployment, particularly in the food service sector. Currently serving as IT Director of Mobilizations and Deployments at Aramark since 2006, Dan oversees the deployment of a comprehensive portfolio of consumer-facing technology platforms, contributing to a $14.5 billion global managed service company. Previously, Dan held various roles at Aramark, including IT Manager for Field Deployment Operations and Project Lead, focusing on the implementation of Digital Signage and Point of Sale systems. Dan's career also includes positions at CC Productions, POS America, Javelin Systems, Advanced Hospitality Systems, and Hardshell Cafe, demonstrating a solid foundation in technical services and project management. Dan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Elizabethtown College from 1985 to 1990.
