Influenced by their father's passion for cooking, Jaison transitioned from a mailroom clerk at Warner Music Group to culinary school, where a deep love for the art of cooking developed. They gained valuable experience in various roles, including a Senior Cook at American Express and Executive Sous Chef at Spring Hills Senior Communities, and even founded a catering business named “Jai’s Kitchen.” Currently, Jaison continues to thrive at MetLife, showcasing their culinary expertise and ambition as they climb the culinary ladder.
