Kiva Bartlett Baron is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Aramark since July 2022, Kiva Bartlett Baron oversees HR operations for US-based employees, focusing on areas such as HR Service Center, Employment Relations, and Learning & Development. Previously, Kiva Bartlett Baron held significant roles at Thomas Jefferson University and Jefferson Health, including Vice President of Human Resources, where leadership was provided for a workforce of over 40,000 employees. Earlier experience includes a decade at Aramark in multiple HR capacities, culminating as Human Resources Director for one of the organization’s largest regions. Kiva Bartlett Baron holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Penn State University.
