Kristen Simonds

Kristen Simonds, MScFN, RD, WELL AP, is an Interim Senior Manager at Aramark Canada, specializing in Category and Brand Development since August 2019. Kristen has successfully developed a healthy eating wayfinding program, enhancing over 1,600 menu items to meet health standards and supports clients in aligning with the WELL Building Standard. Kristen's previous roles at Aramark included managing healthcare menu systems and implementing health and wellness strategies at post-secondary institutions. Additionally, experience as a dietetic intern at various healthcare organizations enriches Kristen's background in nutrition. Kristen holds a Master of Science in Foods and Nutrition and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Western University.
