Lauren Duerr

Lauren (Lopez) Duerr is currently a District Manager at Aramark, where they oversee operational management and full P&L performance as a multi-unit leader. Previously, they served as a Facilities Management Business Partner at Target, following roles as an Executive Team Leader, where they implemented sales strategies and managed a diverse team. Lauren also gained coaching experience as an Assistant Swim Coach at Bishop Eustace Preparatory School, designing practices and managing a team of 60 swimmers. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Rowan University.
