Manuel Rodriguez is currently the Director en Galicia at Aramark España, a role held since 2017. Previously, they served as an Asesor en Hosteleria Hospitalaria for Xunta de Galicia from 2016 to 2018 and were the Jefe de servicios de alimentación at Servicio Galego de Saude-Subdireccion Xeral from 1979 to 1983, where they contributed to the creation of the hospitality service during the hospital's inauguration.
