Nate Weber

Nate Weber is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Sr. HR Manager - Team Lead for Aramark's myHR Tier 2 team since March 2020, Nate previously held the position of Director of Human Resources - Talent Acquisition at Schulson Collective, where responsibilities included creating an HR function, overseeing recruitment, and managing employee relations for a group of restaurants. Earlier roles included Human Resources Manager at Catapult Learning, where Nate provided employee relations support to numerous schools and implemented a new Applicant Tracking System, and Corporate Human Resources Manager at Tropicana Casino & Resort, where significant contributions involved managing HRIS systems and conducting compliance audits. Nate began a career in recruitment as a Sr. Recruiter at Resorts International. Nate holds a Bachelor's degree in Labor Studies and Employment Relations from Rutgers University.
