O'Brien Tingling is the Regional Executive Chef at ARAMARK Sports & Entertainment, a position held since 2008, where they support culinary operations across sixty accounts in the West Region and have managed teams for high-profile events. With over 25 years of international culinary experience, O'Brien previously served as an Executive Chef and Senior Executive Chef at ARAMARK, managing kitchen operations for major events and developing innovative menus. O'Brien's credentials include a Certified Chef de Cuisine designation from the Canadian Culinary Institute and a ProChef Level III certification from the Culinary Institute of America. They are an active member of the Canadian and British Columbia Chef Federation.
