Stephanie Walter

Stephanie Walter currently serves as the Chief Compliance Officer, VP and Assistant General Counsel at Vestis Corporation, following its spin-off from Aramark in October 2023. With over a decade of experience at Aramark, Stephanie has held the position of Associate Vice President & Assistant General Counsel, focusing on real estate, environmental, fleet/DOT, construction, and supplier contract matters. Prior experience includes working as an Attorney at Coleman Frost LLP, where advisory roles involved environmental and real estate issues, and as Assistant General Counsel at Aramark Uniform Services. Stephanie began her legal career as an Associate at O'Melveny and Myers, specializing in environmental, real estate, and corporate law. Stephanie holds a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and German from Idaho State University.
