Tom Cassel

Tom Cassel is a seasoned professional in supply chain and operations, currently serving as Director of Operational Excellence at Aramark since April 2024. Previous experience includes consulting for ADVATIX, focusing on supply chain optimization for various companies, and holding the position of Vice President of Transformation at TransForce Group, where Tom led significant operational improvements across North America. Tom's career also features impactful roles at Mealco, an MIT-founded startup, and Amazon, where Tom managed large fulfillment operations and developed key initiatives that enhanced safety and efficiency. Tom Cassel holds an M.B.A. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a B.S.E. in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
