Emil Isayev has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, beginning a career at SOCAR TRC from October 2005 to December 2018 as a leading specialist in drilling and production. Following this, Emil Isayev held the position of Head of Drilling Department at an Oil & Gas Company in March 2022, before continuing in the same role at Aramco from March 2022 to the present. Emil Isayev's formal education includes a Bachelor's degree in Oil and Gas Engineering obtained from Azerbaijan State Oil Academy from 1999 to 2003, followed by a Master's degree in the same field from 2003 to 2005.
