Jobran al-Refai

Jobran Al-Refai is an experienced Power Systems Engineering Manager at Saudi Aramco, leading power voltage engineering and capital project development since March 1998. Al-Refai holds several key roles, including being a member of various boards and committees focused on engineering standards, maintenance strategies, and grid code development, which support the advancement of Saudi Arabia's power sector. Additionally, Al-Refai has managed significant projects, such as the planning and execution of the King Abdullah University of Science and Technology campus and the design of the Khursaniyah Gas Plant electrical system. With academic credentials that include a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Al-Refai contributes extensive knowledge and expertise to the energy industry.
