Kamran Niazi

Kamran Niazi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, consulting, and organizational transformation. Currently serving as a Client Partner for HR & Corporate Services at Saudi Aramco, Kamran advises leadership on innovative, data-driven solutions to talent and organizational challenges, including Diversity & Inclusion and Strategic Workforce Planning. Previously, as a Principal Director at Accenture, Kamran guided clients through transformational changes influenced by technological disruptions. With a robust background that includes roles at PwC Canada, Deloitte Consulting, and various prominent consulting firms, Kamran has developed expertise in workforce strategies, talent management, and HR transformation. Kamran also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Lecturer at Schulich School of Business, further enriching a career that began with an MBA from the University of Surrey and a BA from Glasgow Caledonian University.
