Mohammed Al-Shobaily is an experienced manager in planning and performance management, currently serving as the Manager of Planning & Performance Management at Aramco since January 2012. Previous roles at Aramco include Director of Technical Services HR, various leadership positions within Planning & Performance Management, and project engineering roles focusing on capital planning for IT and infrastructure projects. Mohammed also worked at BT Global Services as a Technical Design/Sales Engineer, where responsibilities included developing MPLS network designs for enterprise customers. Mohammed began a career in engineering with Saudi Telecom Co and held multiple planning and project engineering positions at Saudi Aramco, contributing to significant projects across oil, gas, and IT sectors. Mohammed earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from King Saud University in 2001.
