Santiago Morales

Santiago Morales is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and project management within the energy and chemicals sectors. Currently serving as the Low Carbon Hydrogen Business Development Lead at Aramco, Morales is responsible for identifying and pursuing opportunities in low carbon hydrogen and ammonia globally. Previous roles at Aramco included leading the Project Management Office for Chemicals Integration and government entities, overseeing significant initiatives such as the startup of a government agency and a key petrochemical acquisition. Prior to joining Aramco, Morales held various roles at BP, including Materials Management Team Lead and Logistics Category Manager, where notable achievements included substantial cost reduction and process optimization. Morales holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, a certification in Supply Chain from Arizona State University, and a BS in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
