Wael Biltagi

Wael Biltagi is an accomplished finance professional with significant experience in the oil and chemical industries. Currently serving as the Director of IPO Markets at Saudi Aramco since January 2015, Wael previously held key managerial roles in the Joint Venture Support & Financial Consulting Department and led the Financial Consulting Division. Prior to joining Saudi Aramco, Wael was the Treasurer at Sadara Chemical Company and a Board Director at Saudi Aramco Lubricating Oil Refining Company. Wael's academic background includes an MBA in Strategy Investment Finance and Financial Risk Management from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business, complemented by a foundational education at The Lawrenceville School and Aramco Schools.
