Wayne Wride

Wayne Wride has extensive experience in employee benefits consulting and mergers and acquisitions. Starting as a Senior Benefits Consultant at Towers Perrin from 1998 to 2005, Wayne acted as a liaison between corporate HR and local management, significantly contributing to the design and implementation of pension plans for multinational firms. Wayne's leadership extended to merger and acquisition teams, enhancing service offerings. At Mercer from 2016 to November 2018, Wayne served as Principal Consultant, managing relationships with ten clients and successfully securing a significant actuarial appointment for a $1 billion pension plan. As a Senior Consultant at Towers Watson from 2006 to 2015, Wayne was the lead actuary for a large non-profit organization, developing a risk framework subsequently approved by the Board. Currently, Wayne holds the position of M&A Specialist at Saudi Aramco since May 2019. Wayne earned a Bachelor's degree in Statistics and Computer Science from Brigham Young University.
