Roxane Deschambault

Roxane Deschambault is a seasoned professional in the field of learning and development with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Global Director of Learning & Development at Aramex, Roxane has held various prominent roles at Accor, including Director of Learning & Development for India, the Middle East, Africa, and Turkey, as well as positions such as Learning & Development Manager for Accor Academy and Regional Learning & Development Manager for Luxury & Upscale Hotels in Upper Southeast and Northeast Asia. Prior experience includes serving as Training Manager at Coral Strand Smart Choice Hotel and acting as Director of Food & Beverage at Sandals Resorts International, along with work as a Hospitality Training Consultant. Roxane holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from UQAM and vocational studies in Business Administration and Management from Collège de Maisonneuve.
