Romaric le Béver

Romaric Le Béver has a comprehensive work experience spanning over several companies. Romaric is currently working as the Head of Engineering for the E-Commerce website in Aramis Group, where they collaborate with the Head of Product to oversee the technical implementation of the product roadmap and manage a team of 20 engineers. Prior to this, Romaric worked as a Senior Manager of Engineering and Technical Partner at Razorfish France, providing support and guidance to various product teams in implementing agile practices and engineering techniques. Romaric also contributed to improving performance through a Python-based proof of concept for a recommendation engine. Romaric has also held roles at Publicis Sapient as a Senior Manager of Engineering and Technical Partner, an Epic Owner, and a Program Delivery Manager. Additionally, they have worked at DigitasLBi France as a Technical Partner, Head of Java Team, and Technical Project Director, and at Business Interactif as a Technical Project Director and Technical Project Manager. Romaric's earlier career includes roles at F.R.A. (Full Ressource Associates) as a Technical Project Manager and Software Development Engineer, where they were involved in various projects related to revamping the Information System of an online press editor, including e-commerce, subscription management, customer relationship management, and accounting systems.

Romaric Le Béver obtained a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Multimedia et Architecture de la Communication from IMAC, where they studied from 1997 to 1999. Romaric also holds a certification as a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc., obtained in October 2020.
