Eliane Pellegrino

Eliane Pellegrino has over 17 years of work experience. Eliane started their career in 2004 as an HR Manager for CLUB MEDITERRANEE, where they held roles in Recruitment and Career Latin America and Business Partner for Trancoso and Rio das Pedras Villages. In 2012, they moved to Natura, where they held roles in HR Manager for Development - Beginner, Internship and Trainee Programs, Talent Acquisition for VP Operations and Logistics, and HR Business Partner. In 2018, they joined Natura &Co and held roles in Ways of Working Innovation/HR Manager and HR Manager/CoE Management and Agility (focus on People and Culture). Currently, they are the Head of HR at Aramis, a position they have held since 2023.

Eliane Pellegrino obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in People Management from Universidade Gama Filho between 2010 and 2011. Eliane also studied Psychology at Escola Bahiana de Medicina e Saúde Pública from 2000 to 2004. In addition, Eliane has obtained certifications from StartSe University, including the Israel Xperience Mission in August 2022, the Executive Program, the Gestão Inovadora para RH's, and the Innovation Leadership Program.
