Michele Compare is an experienced technology executive currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at ARAMIX, part of the Datrix group, since February 2023, and as Chief Executive Officer of DIDO SRL since December 2020. Previously, Michele held the position of CEO at ARAMIS from September 2014 to February 2023 and served as Chief Executive Officer of Aramis Techexpo from December 2018 to April 2021. A partner and founder, Michele specializes in consultancy for R&D projects focusing on Maintenance & PHM, Risk & Vulnerability of complex systems, as well as Availability and Reliability of engineering systems. Additional experience includes post-doctoral work at Politecnico di Milano, a role as Risk Manager at Altran Italia S.p.A., and as a RAMS Engineer at CIRA Italian Aerospace Research Center. Michele holds a PhD in Nuclear Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and a 5-year laurea degree in Mechanical Engineering-Industrial Robotics from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II.
