Nicolle Rosecrans ITIL has extensive experience in information security, management, and emergency response. Currently serving as the Manager of Information Security and Compliance and Program Manager for Cybersecurity at Arapahoe County since February 2020, Nicolle has also held positions with Colorado State University Global, where a Bachelor of Science in Communications was conferred. Previous roles include Emergency Manager for the County of Rio Grande, Coordinator for Volunteer Organizations Active Disaster with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, and leadership as President of SLV Crime Stoppers. A solid administrative background includes support for medical staff and emergency services at Children's Hospital Colorado and the Northglenn Police Department. Nicolle holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business/Corporate Communications from Colorado State University Global and an Associate's degree in Dental Hygiene from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
