Ewa Izabela Sommer

Ewa Izabela Sommer is an accomplished HR and finance professional with extensive experience in operations and team leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as HR Operations Leader EMEA & HRBP North Europe at Aras Corporation since March 2022, Ewa has held multiple HR-related roles including HR Lead Nordics and People Generalist EMEA. Prior to that, Ewa was the Head of Accounts Receivable Department at Salling Group, overseeing a team of nine and focusing on financial flow development for the e-commerce sector. Ewa's background includes significant leadership positions in accounts payable and receivable at Dansk Supermarked Group and experience as a manager and owner in the catering industry, demonstrating versatility in both HR and financial domains. Ewa holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Szczecin in partnership with Manchester Metropolitan University and a Master’s degree in Humanities from the University of Szczecin.
