Sean Coleman

Sean Coleman has diverse work experience in the software industry. Sean has held various positions at Aras Corporation, starting as a Software/Sr Software Solutions Engineer in 2008 and progressing to Manager of Customer Support, Director of Internal and Custom Development, and currently serving as Senior Director of Advanced R&D. In these roles, they have demonstrated their leadership abilities by building and leading teams, developing unique solutions, and scaling technical support organizations. Sean has also played a crucial role in driving process changes and establishing best practices to improve solution delivery to both internal and external customers. Prior to their tenure at Aras Corporation, Sean worked as a Computer Networking Assistant at Loomis Sayles in 2007.

Sean Coleman attended Boston University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Systems Engineering. In 2018, they obtained a certification as a Certified SAFe® 4 Program Consultant from Scaled Agile, Inc.
