Camila Murillo Valencia

Camila Murillo Valencia is a professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and leadership development. Currently serving as Líder de Excelencia Operacional at ARAUCO since March 2024, Camila is focused on implementing an Integrated Management System to enhance efficiency and risk management across production facilities. Prior experience includes a role as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company from July 2021 to January 2024, where Camila led transformative projects emphasizing cultural change and organizational optimization. As a founding member of Fundación Espacio Mejor, Camila contributed to the Programa Agentes de Cambio, impacting over 300 high school students through a leadership course based on Adaptive Leadership. Camila holds a Magister of Research in Management from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and a degree in Ingeniería Comercial from the same institution, complemented by research experience in sustainability.
