Jake Elston

Jake Elston has had a long and diverse work experience. Jake started their career as a Naval Aviator in the US Navy from 1988 to 1995. Jake then worked at Willamette Industries, holding various positions including Superintendent, Technical Manager, and Supervisor from 1995 to 2000. Jake then moved to Weyerhaeuser/Flakeboard America Ltd as a Regional Manufacturing Manager from 2004 to 2006. Jake continued their career at Flakeboard America Ltd as the US Manufacturing Director from 2006 to 2011. After that, they became the Vice President of Corporate Services at Flakeboard America Ltd / ARAUCO from 2011 to 2016. Following this role, they served as the Vice President of Operations at ARAUCO from 2016 to 2019. Currently, Jake is the Senior Vice President of Operations at Roseburg Forest Products, a position they have held since 2019.

Jake Elston earned their Bachelor's degree in Economics from the United States Naval Academy in 1988. Jake later pursued their MBA at the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business from 2002 to 2004.
