Nicolle Rojas Pino

Nicolle Rojas Pino is a professional with extensive experience in organizational psychology and human resources management, currently serving as Generalista de Personas at ARAUCO since May 2021, overseeing all aspects of personnel management for the cellulose business. Prior experience includes a role as Jefe de desarrollo organizacional at GRUPO INMOBILIARIO PACAL S.A., where Nicolle was responsible for national well-being initiatives, performance evaluation systems, and workplace climate diagnostics. Additional roles have included consulting on employability, developing psychosocial projects, and leading training programs in safety and interpersonal skills across various companies.
