Livestream Producer

Aravaipa Running is seeking a passionate and creative Part-Time Livestream Producer to join our team.  The Livestream Producer will be responsible for executing live broadcast productions for various platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in video production, live streaming technologies, and content creation. They will collaborate closely with other team members to ensure high-quality, engaging, and seamless live broadcasts.

The primary responsibilities of the Livestream Producer are as follows:

1. Assist in the setup of live sets, including the setup of cameras, lighting, audio and streaming equipment.
2. Produce live broadcasts, ensuring all visual and audio elements are cohesive and high quality.
3. Manage real-time troubleshooting of any technical issues and direction as needed.
4. Assist with the breakdown of all live sets.
5. As needed, assist the Director of Media in bringing recurring LIVE content concepts to life across the suite of Aravaipa owned networks.

This is a part time / seasonal role with most broadcasts falling on weekends.  Travel may be necessary for certain broadcasts in which all expenses will be covered by Mountain Outpost.

The Livestream Producer reports directly to the Director of Livestream Productions.

Qualifications:

1. Passion for trail running, outdoor adventures, and the active lifestyle promoted by Aravaipa Running.

2. Proficiency in live broadcast platforms such as OBS and/or Wirecast.

3. Basic knowledge and experience with video cameras and audio equipment.

4. Ability to create thumbnails and graphics utilizing Canva

5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

6. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and travel to various event locations.

7. Prior experience in broadcasting, video production, audio engineering, or a related field is a plus.

The Social Media Content Creator reports directly to the Director of Livestream Productions.

This is an hourly position - dependent upon experience.
