Bruno Schrappe

Bruno Schrappe has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in technology, innovation, and management.

Starting with their most recent position, they are currently a Co-Founder and CTO at Aravita, a role they assumed in October 2022.

Before that, they were the Founder and Managing Director of SapienX Inc. from October 2020.

Prior to that, Bruno served as the Vice-President of Digital Research & Development at sgsco, "own the moment™" from June 2016 to October 2020. In this role, they revamped enterprise systems using modern technology and architecture patterns, leading to high performance and scalability.

From 2007 to 2016, Bruno was the Chief Technology Officer at Arizona Premedia and Marketing Automation. Bruno was responsible for technology strategic planning and advanced technology projects in the premedia and printing business units.

Before that, they held the position of Vice-President of Technology & Services at Graficos Burti from January 2001 to October 2007. Bruno managed technology strategic planning and implemented advanced technology projects, achieving record revenues and increased profits.

Bruno also founded and managed Off7 Digital, a printing company, from December 1997 to December 2000. The company gained recognition for its technology-focused solutions and received industry excellence awards.

Prior to that, they worked at Dixie Toga S.A. as a Production Engineer from January 1994 to December 1997, where they implemented a computerized production management system and set up a prepress department.

Bruno started their career as an R&D Engineer at AsGa S/A from January 1992 to December 1993, conducting research and development in optical communications.

Bruno also had a apprenticeship role in Engineering/Physics at CPqD from March 1991 to December 1991, focusing on the development of electronic devices.

Bruno Schrappe completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering at USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 1987 to 1991. Bruno then pursued a Graduate degree in Business Administration at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 1992 to 1994. In 1996 to 1997, Bruno obtained a Master of Science degree in Graphic Arts Systems from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Bruno further expanded their education at Harvard Business School, where they completed a LPD (Innovation & Product Development) program in 2007. Bruno also engaged in a short-term program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2013, focusing on Radical Innovation in the field of Innovation & Entrepreneurship.

In terms of additional certifications, Bruno Schrappe acquired the following qualifications: Quantum Algorithms for Cybersecurity, Chemistry, and Optimization, Quantum Computing Fundamentals, and Introduction to Quantum Computing from MIT xPRO in 2022. Bruno obtained a certification in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies in 2020. Bruno has also earned certifications as a Private Pilot and Private Pilot - Instrument Rated (IFRA) from the Federal Aviation Administration and ANAC - Brazil's National Civil Aviation Agency, respectively, in 2016 and 2012.
