Michelle Woznichak

Michelle Woznichak has extensive work experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Michelle is currently serving as the Director of CMC at Aravive, Inc. since August 2021.

Prior to their current role, Michelle worked at Grifols Therapeutics for a significant period, starting in February 2001. Michelle initially held the position of Analytical Development Scientist until March 2012. In this role, they contributed to the formulation development efforts of a new immunoglobulin M development product and played a key role in the initial development of prefilled syringes for large volume injectable biologics. Michelle also evaluated container closure systems and initiated the development of the device design plan and design control systems. Additionally, Michelle led a successful FDA approval of two newly formulated immunoglobulin products as part of a research and development developmental project team.

Michelle then transitioned to the role of Process Development Scientist at Grifols Therapeutics from March 2012 to July 2021. In this position, they continued to contribute to the formulation development efforts, working on new products and developing combination products.
